- Q - What is the most popular chocolate used?
- A - Milk.
- Q - What brand of chocolate is used?
- A - We only use the finest quality - Belgian couverture chocolate. Couverture chocolate has more coco butter than regular chocolate - approximately 33%
- Q - Can the fountain be used outdoors?
- A - Unfortunately not, insects are drawn to the delicious smell of the warm chocolate - not an ideal dipping food! However, our fountain can be used in marquees as long as it is not too close to the door and the flooring is stable and level.
- Q - Does the fountain melt the chocolate?
- A - Yes it does, however this takes some time due to the quantity used (10kg). If time is tight and we are not permitted an hour to set up then we can use a microwave to start off.
- Q - How do I book?
- A - Please feel free to call us, email us, write to us or fill in the enquiry form.
- Q - Do I pay a deposit?
- A - Yes £100 non refundable but deducted from your final bill, payable 28 days prior to your event.
- Q - What do I need to supply?
- A - We require a sturdy, level table that is at least 4ft in diameter and preferably round (your venue should have no problem supplying this). We also need an electricity supply (standard UK 13 amp).
